The International Relations Office organized a seminar dedicated to the “Students Mobility Programs: Erasmus+ Students Mobility and Bilateral Mobility Programs” on 14th of September for bachelor, master as well as for college students of Ala-Too International University. The program started with a welcome speech from the Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs, Rustam Umarov.
International Programs Coordinator, Darika Nurmamativa provided information about the eligibility criteria, selection, application, allocation, and nomination processes of the granted and self-financed programs. Hence, the objective of this seminar was to disseminate information about exchange programs among AIU students and motivate them to take part and use this opportunity. 

In the second part of the program, the participants of Erasmus+ and Bilateral mobility programs were invited to the scene and awarded with Certificates and presents from the University. After that they answered all interested questions from the audience.

Right after the seminar, IRO commenced a “Call for the Bilateral Exchange Program” with the deadline of 30th September, and “Call for the Erasmus+ Student Mobility Program” with the deadline of 10th October. Students were provided with the guidelines, list of partner Universities, and online application form to apply for the program.
